Micro sword plants need moderate to high lighting, and high-intensity lighting will help them grow faster and denser. 

Micro sword plants grow best in water temperatures between 70–83°F (21–28°C). 

Micro sword plants prefer slightly acidic to neutral water conditions with a pH range of 6.8–7.5. 

Micro sword plants grow best in a nutrient-rich substrate. You can use a high-quality aquarium fertilizer to support their growth. 

When planting micro sword plants in an aquarium, place small clumps a few centimeters apart to help them grow together more quickly. 

To prune your micro sword carpet, use curved scissors to cut all of the leaves to an even height. 

If your micro sword plant is melting, leave the roots planted in the ground and provide nutrient-rich planted tank substrate or Easy Root Tabs. 

If your micro sword plant’s leaves are yellowing and dying, add more root tabs.
